I totally hear your frustration, there was a week where I didn't lose either!

It's so hard, especially this time of season right now. So many temptations and I have to admit I went a little crazy today at a Christmas celebration. :-(

The Nutrisystem boards are awesome, I have found so many great recipes on there and so much support.

I know you can do it!
