(sigh). It all went downhill. He used to eat everything. Now he picks and chooses what and when he wants to eat. It’s frustrating!!
I do like those tray ideas. Thanks. I’m going to try that sometime in the future 😉

My little boy loves the cereal bars also. He’s crazy over nutrigrain bars. I have tried to find a multi vitamin that he likes but so far no luck. He won’t touch them how does he know? lol. I will have to look for the smarty pants now.

And I do understand the struggle. I don’t want to take away her food if she is going to eat it. I don’t want her to think that if she plays with it than she doesn’t need to eat she can get out. But at the same time I don’t want to overlook a bad behavior and have her continue with the bad habits. It’s always a balancing act, isn’t it?

I love the bento box idea. I have some plates with separated areas and I have noticed she likes to eat more its separated and when it’s pretty. I think I am going to put a muffin tin lunch together and see if she gets a kick out of that.

We have never had very adventurous eaters in our house so every meal is a challenge. I put together a list of some of the tips that have worked for us.
