It helps flush out any toxins and crap in my body and it helps me feel great. If I don’t get at leat 2L in me, I feel like crap.

I am not a big fan of most sports drinks or flavored water (I do like some of them), but when I’m in the middle of teaching, only water will do. You may or may not be interested, but we were asked once if room temp or cold water was better (you mention preferring room temp above), so we did some research on it.
