I am really excited to share some news with all my local blogging friends and everyone who blogs about/for Las Vegas!
Lolo from Crazy About My Baybah I have put together a company to help local Las Vegas bloggers connect with family friendly PR companies.
This has been in the making since July and we are so excited about it! Our goal is to connect family companies/events with bloggers and spread the word together about what is available in our great city!
We are looking for all types of Las Vegas bloggers. By joining our community, we will connect you with local events, products, and opportunities as they become available. While our main focus will be family centered, this does not mean you have to be a mommy blogger. Food, craft, photography, travel, and entertainment bloggers are welcome! *
If you would like to be involved, please provide us your blog name, # of blog followers, # of FB fans, and # of Twitter followers. Don’t worry if your numbers are not large. Companies want to connect with a diverse group of people who are going to help them get the word our about their event or products. Being smaller doesn’t mean you don’t have a big impact. In fact in some cases it may even be ideal!
We are in the process of getting our site together and in the new year will be making lots of connections, spending the next several months organizing our efforts. We expect to start providing you with opportunities in early to mid 2012, but we will keep you informed on our process.
By signing up with us, please note you are in NO way bound to participate in all of the opportunities. Please stay true to the audience you have built. If you see something that works for you or and that your readers enjoy, by all means join in!
In addition our belief is you should have as many connections as possible. This is just another way to reach out to our community. It is not intended to be exclusive or keep you from participating with other outreach programs.
Finally, we will also be looking for one or two people to be on our Outreach Board. These bloggers would help connect with companies by sending pitches and emails, and bring other companies on board. They will also have an Elite status in the community.
