I’m also vegan. So far I’ve been taking the Rainbow Light Embrace prenatal vitamins and have not experienced any side effects. My adult acne is clearing up too! (A problem I’ve been dealing with since my early 20’s) I had no idea what brand of prenatal vitamins to get and decided on these because they are vegan friendly for 35+ women. And so far they are working out great!

It does NOT have Vitamin D3, which is better absorbed by humans. One has to ask, why the heck Rainbow Light is using a substandard form of Vitamin D in their product.
