I think the hardest lesson I learned as a new mom was that breastfeeding, while natural, is not always easy. With my first son I struggled for months with oversupply. That combined with his shallow latch to say we had a rough start is an understatement. I worked hard at breastfeeding. I just read the other day that fennel is good for when people are gassy. It must pass through breast milk.

Breastfeeding is definitely an art in and of itself. I took fenugreek with my first son and felt like it helped. I love that milky has that as well as some other great ingredients!

I could have used this with my daughter. It took her so long to catch on that the pumping just wasn’t enough.

Oh I didn’t know they came out with this… and what a great product! I could totally take this. I have a hard time taking the pills and the cookies get to be too many calories so this sounds like a great way to go. Glad to hear it tastes good too.
I’ll have to keep this in mind for a few months from now! Nursing is very important to me so I love that there’s a way to help with milk supply!
I’ve been really blessed to always have an overabundance of milk, but this seems like a great product for those who aren’t as lucky! I love that they’ve taken some key ingredients that moms use to increase milk supply and combined them into one easy to use product. I would imagine taking a bunch of supplements and brewing tea that doesn’t even taste good would make increasing your supply a huge pain. I’ll be sure to remember Milky if any of my friends are having supply issues!
I never had trouble with milk supply but this is great to know about for moms who do struggle with that issue.
