Happy Aromatherapy Day!
(Yes, I know it’s also Father’s Day and I didn’t want to overshadow that special day so I’m posting a day early!)
aro·ma·ther·a·py – noun \ə-ˌrō-mə-ˈther-ə-pē\ : the use of natural oils that have a pleasant smell to make a person feel better especially by rubbing the oils into the skin – Source
Whether you are stressed out, anxious, suffer from seasonal allergies, or insomnia you can enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy and essential oils. Most recently my family has been using them to help us all recover from an illness.
Thieves, Peppermint, and Lavender have been our best friends.
The boys of course are always using their Peace & Calming at night to help them transition from day to night. (This has been especially helpful with it still being light outside at 7 & 8pm (Their bedtimes.)
Really I use most of my oils daily, and all of them weekly.
How I Use My Premium Starter Kit Oils:
- Frankincense: In my facial lotion first thing after the shower.
- Lemon: Diffused, for allergies, and in my water – helps suppress cravings.
- Lavender: For bruises, cuts, burns, stings, calming, diaper rash, and allergies
- Peppermint: For headaches, allergies, and fevers, diffused during workout, in my water, and during oil pulling.
- Thieves: Diffused, for colds and other sicknesses, mixed as household cleaners.
- Joy: Diffused, and as my daily perfume.
- Valor: Placed on my son’s spine daily, used on my vita flex points. Placed on my feet at night on occasion.
- Purification: Disinfect my home, as a insect repellant, an acne treatment, and in my laundry routine.
- Peace & Calming: Diffused daily in the evening to help boys transition to bed. Used on bottom of boys feet or in after bath lotion for bedtime. Used behind kids ears when we are out and about and the boys get a bit to crazy.
- PanAway: Headaches, sore muscles, and my husband’s lower back pain.
- Stress Away: Diffused while cleaning or working. Diffused when guests are over.

I can’t tell you how much I love my oils. I’m still learning daily on different ways they work for us. One of the ways I’ve learned about how to use my oils is with the Quick Reference Guide Book my sponsor sent me. In celebration of Aromatherapy Day I’m giving the first several people who sign up for a Premium Starter Kit their very own guidebook.
For full directions on how to sign up and any other questions you may have – please head over to THIS POST. It explains why you would want to buy the wholesale kit whether or not you want to sell oils. It also explains how to buy individual oils. If you want to start with just a few I highly recommend Peppermint, Lavender, and Lemon. Peace & Calming is a must for anyone with kids!
Once you have signed up for a kit I will always be here to help answer your questions about oiling. I will work to help you pick the oils that will best help your family. Plus I have this Facebook Group that you can join to learn more about oils and see how other people are using them!

I love using essential oils. I use them for all kinds of things. Especially when I am congested I mix them in some steaming hot water and put a towel over it and it clears me right up.
