- 1 cup almond milk
- ⅛ cup pecans
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 medium-large banana
- Ice - Optional
- In a blender add milk, spinach, frozen fruit, nuts, and banana. Add ice if you prefer your smoothies really cold.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy.
