Paleo Granola Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups chopped walnuts, pecans, cashews, and pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 4 T flax seeds
  • 4 T chia seeds
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Combine coconut oil and honey in a pot on low/medium hit. Once it has melted together add spices and vanilla
  2. Stir well
  3. Set aside
  4. Pour nuts, seeds, flax, chia, and raisins into a large bowl
  5. Mix well
  6. Pour honey mixture over top and stir until combined
  7. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread the granola until even
  8. Put in the oven at 350 for 10-15 or until granola is golden brown
  9. Cool until set (This could take a hour or two, if you are short on time put it in the freezer for 30 mins)
  10. Break granola into pieces
  11. Enjoy!
