I remember how nervous I was that day, but not to marry my husband.  I was just worried things wouldn’t go as planned.  Hindsight, I wish I had just accepted that day would be what it was and relaxed a little more.

Because, when all was said and done, the day was perfect.

Surrounded by our family, married by my mother, and friends all around.  It was a day I won’t ever forget.

In five years we have made two beautiful boys together, bought a home, made it ours, been through too many deployments, fought, made up, cried, laughed, and had a ton of fun.  These 5 years haven’t always been easy, but they certainly have been memorable.  As long as we keep laughing together I know we can make it through anything life throws our way.  I look forward to the joys of making many more memories with my husband and family and all the adventures we are sure to have.

Five years gone in the blink of an eye and I pray many more to come!

We were so happy to be husband and wife.

It has only been four years since I married my best friend.  And we have had our fair share of ups and downs.  I am so grateful to have my husband in my life, by my side, ducking, weaving, and embracing life’s surprises.

I can’t think of another hand I’d like to hold for forever!

I love you hubs! Thank you for four amazing years.  Can’t wait for the next 40+!
