I’m a true believer in the prepared diet plans. I never did NutriSystem by did Jenny and lost 40 pounds in 3 months and felt great…..walked away satisfied with the taste and never hungry. You’re not up this week—you’re still DOWN 12.3. Big picture. Don’t get discouraged. I like your sentiment to work out more….that’s what I’ve been doing. Monday-Friday….1 mile on the treadmill/1mile on the stationary bike/100 steps on the stepper. I work out at 5AM though-and look forward to the day when I get more energy to do 2/2/200!
