- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 T Almond Butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 drop ginger oil (more about my favorite therapeutic essential oils here)
- OR
- 1 tsp fresh ground ginger
- 2-3 dates (can substitute honey or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp [url:2]Pines Wheat Grass

- Mix all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
- Enjoy
