MR. BUBBLE IS TURNING 50!
For 50 years Mr. Bubble has been an iconic brand and continues to be the best-selling bubble bath in the United States. In 1961 Harold Schafer and the Gold Seal Company found a way to make bubble bath an affordable luxury and move it from department stores to drug stores. Mr. Bubble was born! The original Mr. Bubble formula was developed as a powdered bubble bath that promised to “Bubble kids clean” and leave no bathtub ring. Over time the iconic bubble bath was converted into a liquid formula. – via Mr. Bubble
I remember using Mr. Bubble as a kid, so I was excited to hear about the 50th anniversary! I was even more excited when I found out Mr. Bubble now has a Extra Gentle line for those (like my baby) with Sensitive Skin!
How cute is Mr. Bubble Through the Years!
I was so excited when the Mr. Bubble package arrived at our home. I let Squish have a bubble bath when he was much younger, but he didn’t like it, because he couldn’t see his toys.
But now that Squishy is older, I knew he would LOVE a bubble bath!
I was right! He loved them, and squealed with excitement. He put them on his face and his head, and then he exclaimed “BUBBLE!”
He also got a big kick out of hiding his toys under the bubbles. In fact much of the bath was spent saying “Where did it Go?” “Here it is!” or “Tada!” He even ate them!
I loved watching my son enjoy his bubble bath.
We also received a bottle of Extra Gentle Moisturizing hand soap. I like that Mr. Bubble is so cute, it helps encourage Squishy to wash his hands. (Something we are learning now.)
The only downside I saw was that the Extra Gentle Moisturizing Hand Soap still leaves my hands dry after use, but not as dry as regular soap does.
Squishy really loves Mr. Bubble, and I enjoy the nostalgia that comes with using a product I used as a child.
Mr. Bubble Rates a VERY SQUISHABLE on the Squishy Rating Scale. (8/10)

gfc follower, and I have memories from my whole childhood, always using Mr Bubble! I have pics of litttle bitty me with bubble beards and hair. Now that I’m a mommy, my own kids are doing those same things with their Mr. Bubble! I love the scent, too, which reminds me of my childhood. It’s no wonder that is at the top of the #1 selling brand!
