I struggled with breastfeeding my son for the first 8 weeks. I was cracked, bleeding, and every one was telling me I was doing it right, it just takes time to get used to it. It turned out in addition to my poor posture, my son had a lazy latch. Once I had correct both I healed quickly and we successfully breastfed my son for 16+ months until my son self weaned. I recommend the My Brest Friend pillow to every nursing mother I know.
