When I learned that our cloth diaper service had gone out of business and I would be washing my own diapers with baby number two (due any day now!), I started doing a lot of research online.  One of the companies I stumbled across was Giggle Life Cloth Diapers.

What stood out to me about the Giggle Life Cloth Diaper line was the affordability of their diapers.  While you can buy one diaper at a time, buying more really helps to save you money which is great for many cloth diapering families.

The Giggle Life Ultra Soft Cloth Diapers start at $16.99 and come with 2 inserts.  However, the more you buy the more you save.  Many families feel like a set of 24 diapers is more than enough for them to comfortably keep their baby in cloth and not be washing all the time.  With Giggle Life you can get 24 diapers AND 48 inserts for $159.99.  That means you are only spending $6.66 per diaper and 2 inserts!  What a great savings!!

About Giggle Life Ultra Soft Cloth Diapers:

These reusable diapers are one size fits all (8-33lbs).

The diaper consists of 2 parts: A waterproof outer Cover & 2 large microfiber inserts/liners

• Outer Cover: Soft and durable TPU laminated fabric. Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a composition specifically adapted to produce non-porous membranes which creates a waterproof seal but is still water vapor transmissible. High performance, durable, water-resistant, cut and tear resistant and soft.
• Inner Layer: Improved Ultra Soft Micro Fleece. Moisture will be absorbed very quickly by the inserts, keep baby’s bottom dry and comfortable.

The liners are made 100% unbleached microfiber and feel like there are about 3 to each soaker pad.  Each diaper comes with 2 liners. This makes it a great option for either a daytime or nighttime diaper depending on whether you use one or two liners.  I have a few different brands of diapers now, and I really like how think these liners feel.

The diaper can be sized small, medium, or large depending on where you snap it, and there are many prints and colors to choose from!  I also like how soft the elastic feels at the waist and legs.  No one likes seeing red marks on their baby’s soft skin.

The only thing I think is missing from this diaper would be a snap at the hip which would help with wing droop-age.

These diapers are one size fits all (8-33lbs), and come with a large pocket for easy liner insert.

The diaper consists of 2 parts:  A waterproof outer cover & 2 large bamboo inserts/liners

• Outer Cover: Comprised of a luxurious Minky Outer Cover and lined with soft and natural Bamboo fabric. It is waterproof but still water vapor transmissible. High performance, durable, water-resistant, cut and tear resistant and soft.
• Inner Layer: 100% natural Bamboo fiber proves outstanding with regards to moisture absorption and ventilation which makes your baby’s bottom cooler.

The bamboo fabric is extremely soft, and only seemed to get softer the more I prepped and washed it.  The liners can be used one at a time, or you can stuff both for overnight or heavy wetters.  The diaper itself has 3 size settings allowing it to grow with your child from birth to potty training!

I really liked how large the pockets are which allows for easy stuffing!  I also really like that the bamboo diapers had a hip snap, which helps with wing droop.  The Giggle Life ultra soft cloth diaper did not have this extra hip snap.
