Welcome to Week 32 of Toddler Talk Thursday! Where Family and Life in Las Vegas, Crazy about my Baybah, and My Life as a Sippy Cup Mom talk all things TODDLER!!
NEW TO Toddler Talk Thursday- WE ARE CHANGING HOW WE PICK THE FEATURED BLOG.
Each week the hosts will travel around to each blog to see what topic your suggest for the following week. If we choose your topic – you will be our featured blog. (Hey we need some fresh ideas!! And picking from your cuties is just too hard!)
In order to qualify for this you need to blog about this week’s topic, and follow the hosts.
And the end of your post – suggest a topic for next week.
Comments letting us know you are participating are always great too. If we choose your blog, we will link back to your post the following week.
What items make up your toddler’s toy box that aren’t really toys?
1. We ask that you follow all three hosts. That way you can keep up to date on future Toddler Talks.
2. Please grab the Toddler Talk Button and display it in your post or on your blog.

LOL, I love the pic of him reading the book. It’s so funny how they become attached to unusual items.
That snot sucker is just about the cutest thing I’ve ever seen that’s related to snot. Where did you get that??
Emily says
Thanks Tara! The snot sucker I think is from Target. It is Sassy brand. 🙂

What is it with a snot sucker? Baybah loves to play with his too. Although his is not so darn cute!
Emily says
I know! We actually never used the traditional snot sucker after the first month or so. We used the swedish one and I am blanking on the name right now – it works SO much better.

I was noticing how cute your snot-sucker was too! 🙂
Katie used to love to play with her’s!

Aud just has the usual non-toys: purse, comb, wallet, “credit cards,” and keys. She loves to pack up and tell me we are heading to the store.
Emily says
Okay – that is way too cute. I swear you have one of the sweetest little girls! Love it!

Ahh yes… the hair brush! I only have one (don’t brush my hair much), but It’s irritating when I can’t find it! lol Great photos!

Thank you Cinella – Thankfully I have many spares. 😛

Love how you clarified the snot sucker was unused 🙂
Thanks for hosting!!
Emily says
Hey! Sometimes that is really important. No one wants to play with a used snot sucker – Well at least no one’s mom wants them to play with a used snot sucker! Thanks for linking up! Have a great weekend!

Isnt it funny the things they pick up and decided to love. Mine usually loves anything of his big brothers and will just treasure it if he can sneak something away. LOL.
Emily says
Oh I bet! I remember how cool it was to have a toy you were too young for! Have a great weekend Amber!

Hello!! I’m a new follower.
Your son is too cute!! My son likes to play with my 3 lb hand weights too. I make sure to hide them now, so he won’t get them anymore. I’m afraid he’ll end up throwing it and breaking something. Lol.
Emily says
Lala! Thanks for stopping by – I hadn’t thought of him breaking something by throwing them! Probably should sneak them out and hide them too! 🙂

I love the way toddlers have random items in their toy boxes! Makes cleaning it out interesting. 🙂
Emily says
It sure does! Thanks for stopping by! Have a nice weekend! 🙂
