But this time it is different. I am not going on a diet. I am not joining a program.
I am making a Lifestyle change.
I am working out 4-5 times a week. No more excuses – it will be scheduled and planned.
I am changing how I eat. I am cutting out sugar and eating clean.
I am making a lifestyle change, not a momentary change.
I plan on checking in here, sharing my progress, recipes I find that I love, and what kind of working out I am doing.
This week I got back in to Bikram Yoga. Oh how I love it. 90 minutes of pure hell, sweat, and release. Coming out of class I always feel so re-charged. If you have the opportunity to try it and you go into it honestly, I know you will love it.
What did you do this week?

Way to go! Yoga is tough! Do you do the hot yoga? I don’t know how people can survive that…well, I guess if you live in Vegas it would kind of be like doing yoga outdoors. ๐
I need to do the same, but every time I go back to the gym the kids and I get sick (gym daycare!). Maybe now that it is warming up and there are fewer colds going around we’ll be safer.

Yes, Bikram Yoga is the hot yoga! I love it – it is a bit different then the vegas heat bc we don’t have humidity, but yes! Good luck with getting back to the gym! I hear you on germs – I use a natural antibacterial spray on my son’s hands before and after he goes! ๐
