Hey all! Just checking in with my fitness week in review. This week was a pretty good week. I had a lot of success with my clean eating. And when I did 'slip' and eat something loaded with sugar, or very processed I really felt the difference in my body. Week in Review: I worked out 4 times this week. I walked for a total of 6 miles.
