Since my son was born, each time my hubs deploys for his job I find myself questioning my competency as a mother.
It hasn’t even been a week since my husband left, and already the thoughts creep into my head…
Can I do this?
I know I am a good mother.
I am capable of single parenting, I am capable of a lot of things.

Those are great quotes. We can just do our best… I wish you the best while hubby is away, I fully understand that dillema.
Here are my two favorites:
The first is from Teddy Roosevelt, after his daughter interrupted a Cabinet meeting in the White house;; “I can be President of the United States, or I can control Alice. I cannot possibly do both.”
And the second is from L.S. Vygotsky: “People with great passions, people who accomplish great deeds, people who possess strong feelings, people with great minds and a strong personality rarely come out of good little boys and girls.”
