Can Las Vegas Be Contained? The Container Store Thinks So!

Last week I had the amazing opportunity to take a sneak peak a the newest store in Las Vegas during a bloggers lunch.  The Container Store has arrived in town, making it the 55th store to open since The Container Store launched in 1978!

Container Store Las Vegas (2)

While listening to a brief history on The Container Store we learned that while The Container Store loves their customers, they love their employees more.  Yes, you read that right.  The employees are so important to The Container Story that they are one of the Fortune Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to work for in 2012.

The fact that The Container Store cares so highly for their employees is evident in their customer service.  Happy employees = a great shopping trip for you!

The Container Store employees are so helpful, they can solve your container needs in a variety of manners.  With over 10,000 products on their shelves, Las Vegas will be hard pressed to contain their joy when entering the store!  Many customers come in with a problem and leave with a solution.

The Container store strives to save you space and sell you time.  They must be reading my mind, because I am short on both!  Truthfully I don’t know many people who aren’t! Having moved into our home over 3 years ago, and with each passing year I am less and less organized. The clutter just keeps stacking up in my home.  I have been in organizational stores before, but not one of them inspired me to get my clutter under control the way The Container Store has.

I look forward to starting on some small projects and working up to bigger ones around my home.  As I complete them, I will share them with you.

Here are a few things at The Container Store that are on my list of must have products!

Bookshelves and Hooks at The Container Store
A little birdy door hanger in case our baby is a girl. Plus some choo-chooing creative book storage for my son’s wall

Lego Storage
How awesome is this Lego storage?  Not only is it storage for those little legos, but it also is stackable making organization fun at an early age!

Creative Storage from The Container Store
My office and our garage are big projects we are ready to tackle!

The Elfa Closet System
My ultimate home dream is to add closet organizers to each of our closets.  Starting with my son’s room and the baby’s room.

Truthfully this is a project that scares me as much as it excites me.  To post before pictures of our closets would probably frighten many of you, which is why I always keep the doors shut!

If I had the Elfa Systems in my home, I’d leave the closet doors open for the world to see!

Have you ever shopped at The Container Store?  I’d love to hear about your favorite storage solutions!

This post has not compensated by Container Store nor we we required to write a post.  During the private blogging event I was treated to lunch, a amazing swag bag, and a store preview. All opinions are 100% honest and my own.

I had so much fun at the sneak preview and the yummy lunch. I swear I could spend a bare minimum of $1,000 in that place. I want someone to come in and help me overhaul my home office. That’s what I need. Oh yea, and my kitchen. It’s a mess!
