It is no secret I am a huge fan of EcoMom. I am an EcoMom, which is maybe why I identify with this company. I love their customer service, I love the products they make available to everyday moms like me, and I love how they make healthy living easy, accessible, and affordable.
Recently I had the opportunity to sit down with Emily Blakeney the Chief Products Officer for EcoMom.com. I wanted to know where EcoMom had come from, and where EcoMom was headed. It should have been no surprise to me, but I really liked what she had to say.
EcoMom.com used to be called SproutBaby.com. SproutBaby customers were voicing that they wanted more options that just baby food for their families. At that time, EcoMom Alliance had a small online shop, and SproutBaby jumped at the opportunity to buy them and began the process of rebranding and expanding their product line.
EcoMom has since grown the shop tremendously. They offer a myriad of eco-friendly products at affordable prices, and has taken huge strides to making eco-conscious living easy. In addition to products they offer tools like an informative blog written by the EcoMom team as well as other various experts in many different areas, EcoMom tip of the day, EcoMom Daily Deal, EcoMom ecopass, and EcoMom newsletter. All of which are tools that everyday families can use to incorporate green living choices into their lives.
A couple things you may be interested in knowing:
One of EcoMom’s best selling products is food! Revolution foods and Plum Organics are huge business for EcoMom. I love both Revolution Foods and Plum Organics. They make organic feeding on the go a no brainier. I always have some of their food pouches and Jammy Sammy’s in my diaper bag.
EcoMom’s goal for the future? To be the Zappos for Moms!
I think that is a great goal. I am thrilled to have EcoMom on board as a sponsor for Family and Life in Las Vegas. I would love to help them get closer to that goal. So I am asking my readers to take the following actions.
