The day after the Hubs came home we (Squish, Hubs, SIL, and I) all ventured out on a beautiful, although slightly chilly very windy, day to see Circus Vargas preform.
You may remember I had run a giveaway for 5 family 4 packs of tickets, and talked a little about who and what Circus Vargas was in a prior post.
Even thought the Hubs was absolutely wiped for a long deployment and long travels, he was happy to be home, and we were all excited to take Squish to see his first Circus.
When we got to our seats, Squish was so en-rapt with the show and all the people, he couldn’t bring himself to sit down.
In fact he spent much of the performance standing in awe!
Although he did enjoy spending time on Daddy’s lap too! Can you see how much my boys liked the show!!
He enjoyed the dancing, music, stunts, lights, and LOVED the clown.
He even made friends with one of the Kenyan performers! There was I am telling you, there are few that can resist the smile and charm of the Squishapillar!
When he did finally sit down, he couldn’t take his eyes off of the show! He was one entertained little man!
After the show everyone was able to meet all of the performers and get autographs. Squish loved giving his program to them so much, that we have several autographs from the same people! Super sweet!
Everyone at Circus Vargas was very nice and seemed to really enjoy performing. I know I had a blast watching Squishy watch the show. I don’t think he has ever stayed so involved with something for that length of time ever.
If you get the chance to go see Circus Vargas, I highly recommend you go. It promised to be a fun family afternoon, and it sure was! On the Squishy Rating Scale Circus Vargas gets an Extra Squishable!
Disclosure: I did receive family tickets to go see Circus Vargas for the purpose of reviewing the show. However, no monetary compensation was given, and my review is 100% my own and honest view.

It looks like you all had an amazing time, and I honestly teared up a little at your first family outing in so long!
I wish we lived in Vegas and could go to the circus too.
