This has been a great week as far as workouts go! Really working cardio due to a suggestion from a couple of people that maybe my HIIT workouts were freaking my body out a bit causing me to hold on to my body weight.
I have been working out 4-5 times per week for over 8 weeks now. My energy levels are way up, and I feel less swollen. I am not, however, losing any weight at all. So I finally (yes, I know it only took me 4 months…) went to the doctor for some blood work/tests. I still have to go back for my fasting panel. But my Dr. was very encouraging, and thrilled to see the work I was putting in.

I am going to be posting a button in my sidebar that will allow you to check in with my fitness progress. So keep an eye out for that!!
