The Best Valentines Call Me “Mom” | Free Printable

January 14, 2014 By Emily 13 Comments

My husband and I both agree that the holidays are a lot more fun with children.  To see a child get excited for a holiday, even one that is considered a “Hallmark Holiday” like Valentine’s Day is like experiencing the holidays for the first time all over again.  As a result the holidays are a lot more special to us with our boys.  Last year my husband asked me what I wanted for Valentine’s Day and I told him I didn’t need anything I was happy to just have my boys and family together.

I think this chalkboard printable home decor perfectly sums up the holiday for me.

I found this pink frame a Michaels on clearance and it worked perfect for my Valentine’s Day Art.

PS – My husband still got me flowers, because he’s just that sweet – and he never listens to me. ♥

Happy Valentine’s Day Moms!!

That is adorable. That was sweet (and smart) of your hubby to still get flowers, too! 😉

Aww, how sweet! My hubby gets flowers and I try to tell him not to. I love getting flowers but sometimes they can be so expensive. I agree with holidays being better with kids.

What a cute printable. I totally agree. The holidays, just like Disneyland, are so different and enhanced with kiddos. Valentines Day is a household favorite as it’s also my birthday.
