Shoes: Asics Gel Kayano
I have been dealing with severe shin pain that the Dr. said was tendonitis. Every time I stop impact exercise it goes away, only to come back no matter how much time was in between. I bought the Asics Gel Kayano for it’s super structured build. Let’s hope it helps!
