I love my Polar FT40. Now that I am pregnant, I have been instructed not to let my heart rate go over 150. This can be a challenge in spin class, but my Polar makes it easy to keep an eye on it.
STREET:
I have no interest in sharing me in a bathing suit on my blog. Sorry!! Maybe one day I will, but for now please enjoy the image of the suit that I bought!
I just picked up a new swim suit from Lands End. I am thrilled with the fit, support, and coverage. Out of any suit that I have owned post baby, this one makes me feel the most confident. I am thrilled with my purchase! In fact, I am not sure other than buying my rash guards, that I will ever purchase a suit from elsewhere!

Wow, I love that swim suit! Never thought to check land’s end for that! I hear you on the heart rate. I only kept up with strength training during pregnancy and that even raised my heart rate significantly.

I won’t even look at swimsuits much less buy one… not until I lose at least 21 more pounds. That is a pretty suit!
