UPS My Choice Makes Hassle Free Shipping Possible! #HassleFreeHolidays

November 7, 2012 By Emily 28 Comments

I don’t know about you, but it seems like this year the holidays are sneaking up really quickly!  I have a million and twelve things to do, and the last thing I need is to be coming home to a “SORRY WE MISSED YOU” tag on my door.  Which is translation for “PLEASE RE-ARRANGE YOUR SCHEDULE ASAP TO MAKE SURE YOU’RE HOME NEXT TIME OR YOU WILL HAVE TO DRIVE TO OUR LOCATION, WAIT IN LINE WITH A MILLION OTHER PEOPLE, AND PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE.”  While everyone at UPS has always been kind to me when this has happened, it still doesn’t make it any less convenient your busy schedule.

What if I told you you could have ?  No more missed deliveries, or driving to track your package down.  Thanks to you can!

"UPS My Choice" "Hassle Free Delivery Service" "Delivery Service" "UPS" "Holiday Shipping"

How it works:

This is a premium service that tells you when a package is on the way. simply sends a free delivery alert (phone, text or email) the day before it arrives.  It will allow you to reschedule a delivery because of that unexpected meeting and reroute packages to a more convenient address all in a few seriously simple steps!  In short, My Choice will make your home delivery experience easier and stress-free.

Since it was launched just over 1 year ago, My Choice already has over 1 MILLION members!  That alone should tell you how amazing this service is.

I love this service! I’m always worried someone might snag my packages so it’s great when I get an email telling me when to expect them.

That sounds great. I just wish our delivery guys would get in the habit of ringing the doorbell. Sometimes stuff sits outside even when I’ve been home all day.

OMG! This is exactly what I have needed!! Quick story: So FedEx uses different delivery drivers all the time. One of them was scared of my huge (and obscenely lazy) dog. So my very important package was delayed since the driver refused to get out of her truck. Then, I asked FedEx if they could just notify me when a package was on the way (since PR reps don’t always send me confirmation numbers) then I could put my dog away. They couldn’t! Um….ok….

But guess who can?? UPS! I have always LOVED UPS. Never had a bad experience with them. They know me by name and if I am not home, they deliver it to my husband’s work down the road. WAY TO GO UPS! This program is fabulous!

I’ve had packages snagged off my front porch, so I appreciate the idea of being alerted when a package in on its way.

I use the free UPS Choice where I get alerts when a package is going to arrive and I absolutely love it. I wish Fed Ex would do the same since I can’t tell people how to ship to me.

Have you ever considered about including a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all. Nevertheless just imagine if you added some great images or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and clips, this site could definitely be one of the greatest in its field. Excellent blog!
