This week was another pretty good week!! I am really enjoying the new foods!
My newest favorite dinner is the frozen Asian Beef. So good, the spice was perfect. The meat was yummy, and trust me, I am VERY picky when it comes to meat and textures.
I am super excited to try some of the new foods they just added too, including the Peanut Butter and Jelly Bar. I love a good PB&J and am hoping this will be a new go to meal for me. So many of the Lunch bars are so good – they are perfect for me too because I rarely remember to eat lunch, but I can remember to eat these!!
My goal this week is to finally establish an exercise routine. No more excuses – I need to get that down now, because I am afraid if I don’t, then when my time with Nutrisystem is over, I won’t be able to maintain my changes. And I want need to maintain my changes.
So how did I do this week??
Week 4: -0.8lbs
Week 5: 0.0lbs
Week 6: Bye-week
Week 7: -0.8lbs Out of the 190s!!
Week 8: -2.8lbs
