Tales from the Scale {Week 11}

"Nutristytem" "Food" "Family and Life in Las Vegas" "Weight Loss" "Diet"I.AM.SO.FREAKING.SORE.

Like, seriously sore.  My bum so mad at me.

It hurts to sit on the toilet down.

But, it is a GREAT hurt.  This week I got my bum into the gym 4 times!  🙂  I completed week 1 of Couch To 5K.  AND I took a beginners Spinning class at the Y.  I used to spin back when I was thin (hey that rhymed!), but that was quite a long time ago.  So I am glad I took the beginners class.  I am pretty sure my bum is too!

This week I plan on completing week 2 of Couch to 5K, and taking 2 spin classes.  I know this is going to be a good week.

The “bad” news this week is that I didn’t lose anything. I use ” ” because I think it really isn’t a bad thing.  I drank a lot of wate"Diet" "Nutrisystem" "Snacks" "Weight Loss" "Family and Life in Las Vegasr, and worked out more then I normally do.  So I think my body is just adjusting – at least I am hoping that is the case, and praying for a stellar week next week.

That is all for tonight – I am going to finish this super yummy bag of popcorn (One of the new Nutrisystem foods of course!), put the baby to bed, and try to convince my Hubs to massage my sore muscles!!

Week 1: -3.0 lbs
Week2: +0.6lbs
Week3: -1.2lbs
Week 4: -0.8lbs
Week 5: 0.0lbs
Week 6: Bye-week
Week 7: -0.8lbs Out of the 190s!!
Week 8: -2.8lbs
Week 9: -1.0lbs
Week 10: -1.4lbs (my first Nutrisystem Bear!!)
Week 11: 0.0
Total Lost : 10.4

    Trying NS again also. Tried it 3 hrs ago. Lost 15 lbs but gained it all back and 15 more!
    Just ordered my food; can’t wait to get it and get started.
    Got 30 lbs to lose. Wish me luck!
