I am so sorry this post is a late going up. I have been so busy, and had a period of time when I couldn’t post….
But I still weighed in on Sunday, and it was good news – another pound down!! Woohoo!! YAY. 9 lbs in 9 weeks – not to shabby. But now that I have purchased some new running shoes, and am feeling really motivated to get back to the gym, I am hoping my numbers will be even better!!
So, this week I thought I would give you an idea of what kind of food I get to eat on any given day:
Double Chocolate Muffin (so yummy, especially warmed up!)
An Orange or 1/2 Grapefruit
Fat free yogurt
Turkey Hot Dog
(I cut mine, and put it on a whole wheat sandwich thin with tomatoes, a slice of low fat cheese, and yellow mustard)
Banana w/Low Fat Peanut Butter
Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Shells
(I swear, Nutrisystem has a little old Italian lady in their kitchen. Not one of their pastas taste like “diet food” and are really full of flavor!)
Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Romaine, Peppers, and fat free dressing.
My current Favorite: Mint Chocolate Bar
(Honestly, tastes better than some actually candy bars out there!)
Week 4: -0.8lbs
Week 5: 0.0lbs
Week 6: Bye-week
Week 7: -0.8lbs Out of the 190s!!
Week 8: -2.8lbs
