As a mom on the go, I am always struggling to find time for my fitness.  When fellow FitFluential Ambassador Sarah Dussault @dietsarah contacted me to tell me about a new fitness workout she had helped film, I was intrigued.

When she told me that it was only 20 minutes a day, and that as the modifier in the video, it kicked her completely fit butt, I knew I had to check this out!

I thought to myself, this man truly stands behind his product.  And let me tell you – he should!  I can’t think of another workout that is over in 20 minutes that has me sweating so bad, or feeling so good!

It really doesn’t matter how busy your day is.  This workout really works in just 20 minutes a day!!  Even better, you don’t need any equipment to participate in this workout!  The recommendation is to do this workout 4 times a week.  With my other training goals (working towards a 5k, and spinning), I only did it 2-3 times a week.  But in one month I lost a full pant size, and 5.6 lbs while using JCore.

    As someone who has always exercised, but never done power work; unless I absolutely had to, I am not really qualified to comment. I know these regimes work if the energy is balance and focused. I also believe that the correct nutrient intake is crucial and a must is lots of water.
    Looks great though!
    For me I’ll stick to walking and yoga.
    However, I was once told and have no reason to disbelieve, that “when you think your finished, you have 60% left” Push but not over the edge. Thanks for sharing.
