As someone who has always exercised, but never done power work; unless I absolutely had to, I am not really qualified to comment. I know these regimes work if the energy is balance and focused. I also believe that the correct nutrient intake is crucial and a must is lots of water.

For me I’ll stick to walking and yoga.
However, I was once told and have no reason to disbelieve, that “when you think your finished, you have 60% left” Push but not over the edge. Thanks for sharing.
