Most women know that when they find out they are pregnant one of the first things they should do is start taking a prenatal vitamin, but did you know that if you are thinking about having children in the future it is smart to start taking a prenatal vitamin right now?(*)

I have been taking the Prenatal One Multivitamin since before I was pregnant. I knew we would be expanding our family one day, and after doing some research online I found and settled on Rainbow Light Prenatal One.
I was happy to have them too when I did find out we were expecting our second child. Never once did this multivitamin make my stomach upset or make me feel nauseous. I love that it actually has probiotics in it as well to help support my digestion. I contribute that to a lack of constipation which is a common pregnancy symptom many women suffer from including myself with my last pregnancy. I also like knowing that my prenatal vitamin is food based and 100% natural.
I honestly don’t see myself switching prenatal vitamins any time soon, but if I did I would try the Rainbow Lights Certified Organics prenatal vitamins.
(*) Please note I am not a Doctor or registered anything… I am just a mother sharing a product that works for me. Please consult your doctor before starting any form of medication including prenatal vitamins.
