Most women know that when they find out they are pregnant one of the first things they should do is start taking a prenatal vitamin, but did you know that if you are thinking about having children in the future it is smart to start taking a prenatal vitamin right now?(*)
If you are looking for a great prenatal vitamin, you really don’t need to look any further than Rainbow Light and their #1 Best Selling Line of Prenatal Multivitamins. Rainbow Light’s core line of prenatal multivitamins is broken down into two types: Certified Organics and Prenatal One. I have been taking the Prenatal One Multivitamin since before I was pregnant. I knew we would be expanding our family one day, and after doing some research online I found and settled on Rainbow Light Prenatal One.
I was happy to have them too when I did find out we were expecting our second child. Never once did this multivitamin make my stomach upset or make me feel nauseous. I love that it actually has probiotics in it as well to help support my digestion. I contribute that to a lack of constipation which is a common pregnancy symptom many women suffer from including myself with my last pregnancy. I also like knowing that my prenatal vitamin is food based and 100% natural.
I honestly don’t see myself switching prenatal vitamins any time soon, but if I did I would try the Rainbow Lights Certified Organics prenatal vitamins.
Are you taking a prenatal yet? Make sure you check out Rainbow Light. You can also find them on Facebook and Twitter!

Seriously, the worst part of being pregnant is the prenatal. Right now I’m taking a gummy prenatal because it’s the only thing my stomach can handle.

Ugh, I loathed my prenatal vitamins when I was pregnant. I tried everything but they always made me sick. I think finally I had to take them at night right before bed. I am glad you found one that works for you.
Tesa @ 2 Wired 2 Tired says
Glad to hear these vitamins didn’t upset your stomach, I dealt a lot with that when I took prenatals.

I actually took those at the beginning of my last pregnancy, but had a hard time taking them and switched to gummy’s. The only thing is that those gummy’s have sugar and calories, unlike the pills. So they both have their pro’s and con’s to them.

No more babies for this Mama but I did always take my prenatal vitamins. Love your sparkly nail polish.

I am back on prenatal vitamins in hopes of baby #3… finding one that doesn’t cause issues is always a concern. Nothing worse than a huge pill that haunts you for hours… Thanks for sharing

Very cool that it has probiotics!

Uh, hate to burst your bubble, but Rainbow Light Prenatal has the substandard Vitamin D2 in it. It does NOT have Vitamin D3, which is better absorbed by humans. One has to ask, why the heck Rainbow Light is using a substandard form of Vitamin D in their product.

I’m taking Rainbow Light Complete and it uses Vitamin D(as D3 Cholecalciferol)

I’m almost 40 and just found out I’m pregnant for the first time. I’m also vegan. So far I’ve been taking the Rainbow Light Embrace prenatal vitamins and have not experienced any side effects. My adult acne is clearing up too! (A problem I’ve been dealing with since my early 20’s) I had no idea what brand of prenatal vitamins to get and decided on these because they are vegan friendly for 35+ women. And so far they are working out great!
