Last year I wrote a post on how to teach children to set goals, and doing yearly interview with them.
I knew after interviewing my son last year I wish I would have video taped his responses instead.
So this year, I took my end of year interview questions and added a couple more to mark the moment in time in his life, and this was the video I got!
I love that I will always have a video to look at to see what my little man was like at 3.5 years old and what he hoped to accomplish each year.
This is definitely a New Years Eve tradition I am going to keep!
