Today I am unboxing T25! I asked for Focus T25 from beachbody for mother’s day and my sweet hubs kindly got it for me because I need to FOCUS on weight loss!
You guys!! I know I’ve said it before… and I’ve done it before. I’ve lost the weight, but I keep putting it back on. So I’m trying to lose it again.
Judge me if you want, but reality is I’d rather try 1000 times and fail then not try at all.
I figured while I was keeping it real I might as well share my BEFORE pictures with you.
I still look pregnant… I’m not.
So I’m making my weight loss a goal this summer. In order to lose the weight I’m adding on T25 to my workout routine, hoping to run 3 times a week, and starting a new June diet bet (more on that next week!).
Unboxing T25
Here it is – the scary, nasty, how did I let myself get here again number – 219.
Yep. I’m 5’9 and 219. My first weight loss goal is 180. My ultimate weight loss goal is probably around 155, but I will see how things go as we go.
You know what the good thing about sharing and putting out a picture that you are ashamed of?
It can only get better from here!

** I’m not a beachbody coach. I also don’t need a beachbody coach. I have one. I’m trying T25 for the fact that I’ve heard good things about it, and it’s 25 minutes a day. Even I can find that time.

Good for you for working out. I know it’s not easy, but I lost a ton of weight and have to workout every day to keep it off now.
I am just plain lazy, I need to get the motivation to get going. My sister did the T25 and she said it was rough at first but in time it got a little bit easier! Good luck on your journey, rock it girl 😉

Congratulations! I’m working on weight loss this year too! Although, I’ve got a lot further to go! I was at 338 in November. I’m now down to 319…may not sound like much but it’s been hard for me. I’ve been thinking of trying T25 and seeing this makes me want to try it even more!
I am also on my own workout journey. I can’t wait to follow along!

I love your philosophy when it comes to trying to lose weight. I’d much rather respect someone who tries and fails then someone who says they’re going to do something and doesn’t. Congratulations and good for you on trying again! 🙂
