LOVE ROBOT | Valentine’s Day Card Box

February 12, 2013 By Emily 46 Comments

I have to admit, I am kinda loving the fact that my son has holiday parties at his Preschool.  It gives me a reason to scour Pinterest and not feel bad about the time spent on there.  Thanks to Pinterest I was able to find several Valentine’s Day card ideas for boys. (In case you are wondering we ended up picking the Bugs & Kisses.)

In addition to bringing cards, my son was told to make a Valentine’s Day Card Box.  I checked all over Pinterest and found several variations of monsters, a cute alligator, and even a shark box.  However, when I asked my son what he wanted he told me he wanted a “REALLY COOL ROBOT”.

I think for not being a crafty mama I did a pretty good job.

Check out Mr. Love Robot.

I think he’s pretty cute!

Squishy thinks he’s pretty cool – check out his mohawk!

Oh course, no “Bad” Love Bot is complete with out a Mom shout out.  Hehe!

I’m pretty happy with how he turned out.  I only used some construction paper, and a few supplies form the Dollar Store.

  • Foam Block
  • Silver Wrapping Paper
  • Heart Stickers

How are you celebrating Valentine’s Day?
