Hello Menu Plan Monday! I am VERY ready for another Paleo menu plan this week and here is why!
Guess what? My husband is finally home after 5 months overseas deployed for his job as an aviation defense contractor!
Which means I am now cooking for two adults and one child again!
Plus we got a tentative diagnosis on Baby D. Food Protein Allegies (FPIES). If you are wondering what that means for this menu plan? Well – I am having to restrict my food intake. I can no longer eat DAIRY, EGGS, WHEAT, SOY, or PEANUTS. I had already 85% eliminated a few of those (with some cheats here and there), but now there will be no more cheats, and there will be no more eggs. You guys!! I love eggs and they were a staple of my paleo diet. So, if you have some recommendations for non-egg based breakfasts or quick meals please let me know! (More on Baby D in his 8 month baby update coming soon.)
So here is what I am eating this week!
Breakfasts:
- Sauteed Veggies and Sausage or Ham
- Smoothies
- Larabars
Lunch:
- Salads
- Leftovers
- Chicken Burgers
- Crockpot Chicken Breasts with Veggies
Dinner:
- Steak with steamed broccoli
- Slow Cooker Pork Stew
- Taco Salad
- Pecan Chicken (Recipe coming soon!!)
So – what is on your meal plan? Do you have a Paleo website or Pinterest board you love? Please share the link in the comments so I can check it out!

I know it isn’t paleo, but I eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast. It is good for breastmilk production and isn’t highly allergenic. I’m glad that you have at least a tentative diagnosis for Baby D. And, I wish you all the strength and fortitude in your diet restriction. It can be so hard and depressing at times.
Hi Emily
I am running a paleo meal plan on Cucumbertown and I found your recipe pretty interesting. Would you be interested in sharing your slow cooker pork stew recipe with us for the paleo meal plan? I know people would love it. We could cross link it back to Family life in LV.
Summer certainly did go by fast! I’m just thrilled that our temps are finally cooling down in Vegas.
I don’t meal plan but I need to start doing that. Being organized would help me so much.
I don’t keep a strict meal plan, but I find that if I keep vegetables, fruits, poultry, and eggs around I eat when I’m hungry and it all works out well. If I let Cheetos,Twinkies, or Pizza through the front door I have trouble controlling myself.
YUM that sounds like a great menu
Hi! I love how informative and great your articles are. Can you recommend any other blogs that share a good recipe of Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie or any other detox smoothie recipes? Thanks a lot!
