I'm patting myself on the back over here - it's been a full month of menu planning and for the most part we have stuck to them very well. Last week I did really good with our meal plan. We stuck to it pretty much to the letter, save that instead of making stuffed peppers with the left over Picadillo we just ate it as it was!
